Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HairSnap AI - Health & Style ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

HairSnap AI - Health & Style is a mobile application that provides:

AI-powered hair health analysis using photo scanning
Personalized hair care recommendations
Progress tracking over time
Weekly hair care protocols and reminders

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze hair photos and provide insights. Results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your account credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium Features

HairSnap offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Weekly subscription with unlimited AI scans
Monthly subscription with unlimited AI scans
Free users receive limited scans per week

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Prices are in your local currency and may vary by region

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Premium features remain accessible until the subscription expires

Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Share your account with others
Upload images that are not of hair (misuse of AI analysis)
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HairSnap are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing hair analysis services.

AI Analysis Disclaimer

Important: The AI-powered hair analysis provided by HairSnap is:

For informational and entertainment purposes only
Not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice
Subject to limitations of AI technology
Based on the quality of photos provided

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist for medical concerns about your hair or scalp health.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HairSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Privacy

Your use of HairSnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App (Profile > Delete Account). Upon deletion:

All personal data will be permanently removed
All scan history and images will be deleted
Active subscriptions should be canceled separately through Apple

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

Apple App Store

This App is available through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
