Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Coloring Book Maker mobile application (the "App") operated by CODEPILOT LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Coloring Book Maker allows you to:

• Upload photos from your device
• Generate coloring page versions of your photos using AI
• Save and share your coloring pages
• Purchase credits to create more coloring pages

3. CREDITS AND PURCHASES

• Credits are required to generate coloring pages
• Credits are consumable and non-refundable once used
• Unused credits do not expire
• All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4. USER CONTENT

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your photos to generate coloring pages
• Store your uploaded photos and generated coloring pages on our servers until you delete them or your account is terminated
• Display your coloring pages to you within the App

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any photos you submit.

5. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content you don't own
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The App and its original content are owned by CODEPILOT LIMITED
• Generated coloring pages are yours to use for personal purposes
• You may not redistribute or sell generated coloring pages commercially

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• The quality of generated coloring pages

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CODEPILOT LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. REFUND POLICY

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• If you experience technical issues, contact support
• Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
