Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CODEPILOT LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TAI Comic application. You agree that by accessing the Application, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

AI-Generated Content & UGC Policy

The comic stories and images generated by this Application are created using Artificial Intelligence based on user inputs. This is considered User-Generated Content (UGC).

No Tolerance: There is NO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users. You are prohibited from using the Application to generate content that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter content that violates these terms, please use the 'Report' button or contact us at [email protected]. We will review and remove violating content within 24 hours.
• Moderation: We utilize automated filtering and human review to moderate AI output and ensure community safety.

Purchases and Payment

• In-App Purchases: We offer consumable credit packs (e.g., 120 Credits) for purchase within the Application.
• Payment: Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or Apple's policies.

User Representations

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (3) you will not access the Application through automated or non-human means.
