The Application is owned and operated by CodePilot Limited, a company registered under the laws of England and Wales (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Application.
The AI Home Application enables users to upload photographs of interior spaces and receive AI-generated design recommendations and visualizations. Our services use third-party AI APIs (e.g., Replicate). The app also includes a social feed for sharing and interacting with content, subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide and maintain accurate and complete information. Unauthorized use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Application lawfully and abide by these Terms. You are solely responsible for content you upload or generate (“User Content”), and you represent that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
All rights to the Application and its content belong to CodePilot Limited or its licensors. AI-generated content may be used personally (non-commercially). You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use it for service purposes.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Images and prompts are processed only to deliver AI services. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee complete security.
Some features require payment. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors. By purchasing, you consent to accurate billing and non-refundable charges (unless stated otherwise). We may change pricing with notice.
The Application is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodePilot Limited and affiliates against claims or losses related to your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Your content and account may be deleted upon termination.
We may change these Terms or the Application features at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
