End User License Agreement

Effective Date: January 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and CODEPILOT LIMITED for the use of the Locator360 mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible iOS device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

2. MUTUAL CONSENT REQUIRED

THE CORE FUNCTIONALITY OF LOCATOR360 IS BASED ON MUTUAL CONSENT. • You may only track the location of individuals who have explicitly granted you permission. • Both parties must be registered users and must actively authorize each other through the App's "Allowed Numbers" system. • Unauthorized tracking, stalking, or any form of unsolicited surveillance is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate termination of your license and account.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the App to: • Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defame any person. • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law. • Attempt to circumvent any security features or tracking permissions. • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. • Collect or store personal data about other users without their express, mutual consent.

4. Termination

Your license to use the App is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

5. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LOCATION DATA MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNAVAILABLE DUE TO VARIOUS FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEPILOT LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the App are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
