• Ad-free experience
• Additional family members

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Creation

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain account security
• Do not share account credentials
• Responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, false information, fraud, or misuse.

4. LOCATION SHARING AND CONSENT

• Explicit consent required from all individuals before tracking
• Location accuracy depends on GPS, network, and device; no 100% guarantee
• Sharing based on trust; misuse prohibited

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Weekly and yearly subscription plans
• Payments processed via Apple's App Store
• Auto-renewal and management via App Store
• Free trials available; cancel to avoid charges
• Refunds handled by Apple
• Subscription price changes with notice

6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

• No illegal purposes, unauthorized tracking, harassment, malicious code, hacking, reverse engineering, automated scripts, or impersonation
• Respect content guidelines, intellectual property, and laws

7. EMERGENCY SOS FEATURE

• SOS is not a substitute for official emergency services (911/112)
• SOS broadcasts location to family group members
• Network, internet, battery, and device status may affect SOS reliability

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• App and content owned by CODEPILOT LIMITED
• Trademarks, logos, and branding protected
• Limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• App provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"; no guaranteed uptime
• No guarantee of location accuracy
• Not responsible for third-party services or content
• Liability limited to amount paid for subscriptions in past 12 months

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify CODEPILOT LIMITED for claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use, violations, laws, or unauthorized tracking.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Review our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to 24/7 background location tracking, data collection, sharing with third-party services, and international data transfers.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may modify Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Updates posted in the App, with last updated date and notifications.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Governing law: jurisdiction of CODEPILOT LIMITED registration
• Disputes resolved by negotiation, then binding arbitration
• Exclusive jurisdiction for legal proceedings

14. SEVERABILITY

Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Terms.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the App.
