Motion Controller ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by CODEPILOT LIMITED, is committed to protecting your
privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our
mobile application. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Data Collection
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services:
- Personal Data: We do not require a traditional account registration. However, a
unique Device ID is generated and stored to manage your credits and generation history.
- Media Content: When you use our AI features, you may upload images or videos ("User
Content"). This content is transmitted to our secure servers and processed by third-party AI
providers (Fal AI) to generate the requested output.
- Usage & Technical Data: We collect information about how you interact with our app,
including device type, operating system version, and app performance metrics.
3. Face Data Disclosure
Our "Motion Control" feature utilizes artificial intelligence to animate images provided by the user. If
the uploaded image contains a face, the AI model processes facial features to apply the selected motion.
- Collection: We do not collect face data using the iOS TrueDepth camera or ARKit. We
only process face data contained within images and videos that you voluntarily upload.
- Use: Face data is used exclusively to generate the animated video output requested
by the user (e.g., applying facial expressions or head movements from a reference video to a
reference image).
- Sharing: We share the uploaded media with our AI processing partner, Fal
AI, solely for the purpose of generating the requested content. We do not share face
data with any other third parties or for marketing purposes.
- Retention: Media processed by our third-party partner (Fal AI) is
stored temporarily for the duration of the generation process and a short caching period (maximum 48
hours). On our secure application servers, your generated content is retained to allow you to access
your history across devices. This data is kept until you choose to delete it using the 'Clear
History' or 'Delete Account' features within the app.
4. Third-Party Services & SDKs
To deliver a high-quality experience, we integrate with the following trusted third-party services. Each
service handles data according to its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase (Analytics & Remote Config): Used to understand app usage and

We do not sell your personal information or media content to third parties.
5. Data Retention & Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. User Content is stored on our
secure servers until you explicitly request its deletion. Third-party cache (Fal AI) is cleared
automatically within 48 hours. You can request the deletion of all your data at any time by using the
'Delete Account' button in Settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws, including
the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can manage your tracking preferences through the
iOS System Settings via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new
policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
