1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Motion Controller, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. These terms are a legal agreement between you and CODEPILOT LIMITED.

2. Description of Service

Motion Controller provides AI-powered video generation tools. The service allows users to upload media and use AI models to create new content. The availability and performance of AI models may vary.

3. User Conduct & AI Content Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to create 'deepfakes' or misleading content intended to deceive others.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains sexually explicit material or promotes violence.

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these restrictions. User-generated content is subject to both automated and human moderation.

4. Content Moderation & Reporting

We implement a proactive moderation system. Users can report any objectionable content using the 'Report' tool within the app. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove content and block users who violate our safety guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: The application, including its UI, code, and trademarks, is the property of CODEPILOT LIMITED.
• Your Rights: As between you and us, you own the input content you provide. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the output generated by the AI to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• License: By using the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use your content solely to provide and improve the service.

6. Payments, Credits & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. All sales are final and governed by Apple's payment terms. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated content can be unpredictable and may contain inaccuracies. CODEPILOT LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the content generated.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
