AI Content Processing

Qovis uses artificial intelligence to generate images and videos based on your inputs. Here's how your content is processed:

How AI Generation Works

• Your text prompts are sent to our AI processing servers
• Reference images you upload are temporarily processed
• AI models generate content based on your inputs
• Generated content is delivered back to your device

AI Service Provider (fal.ai)

We use fal.ai as our AI infrastructure provider to process your generation requests. When you create content:

• Your prompts and reference images are transmitted to fal.ai servers
• fal.ai processes your request using their AI models
• Generated content is returned through their secure infrastructure
• fal.ai may retain processing logs for service improvement

fal.ai's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy available at fal.ai/privacy

Content Retention

• Prompts may be logged for service quality and abuse prevention
• Reference images are processed temporarily and not permanently stored on AI servers
• Generated content is cached on our servers to enable viewing in your gallery
• You can delete your generations at any time from your account

AI Training

Your personal prompts and generated content are NOT used to train AI models. The AI models we use are pre-trained by their respective providers.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

fal.ai (AI Processing)

Our AI content generation infrastructure provider. Processes your prompts and reference images to generate AI content. Subject to fal.ai's Privacy Policy.

Firebase (Google)

Used for analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Firebase.

RevenueCat

Used for in-app purchase management. Processes purchase-related data securely.

Facebook SDK

Used for advertising analytics and conversion tracking. With your consent, may collect device advertising identifiers.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

Qovis is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
