By downloading, installing, or using Qovis (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CODEPILOT LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us").

Your account is automatically created using your device identifier. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Current prices are displayed in the App.
You agree NOT to use Qovis to:
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You retain ownership of original content you provide (prompts, reference images). By using our service, you grant us and our AI service providers a limited license to process your content for generation purposes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use AI-generated content for personal and commercial purposes. However:
You may NOT claim that AI-generated content was created entirely by you without AI assistance, or use generated content in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
The App, including its design, features, AI models, and technology, remains our exclusive property and that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Our AI generation services are powered by fal.ai infrastructure. By using Qovis, you also agree to:
We reserve the right to change AI providers or models at any time to improve service quality. Such changes do not affect your rights under these Terms.
Both Qovis and our AI providers may implement content moderation. Requests that violate usage policies may be rejected or result in account suspension.
You acknowledge and accept that:
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEPILOT LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODEPILOT LIMITED from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CODEPILOT LIMITED is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
