These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cleaner Storage ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Use of the App

• Cleaner Storage helps detect and remove duplicate photos and contacts stored on your device.
• You may only use the App for lawful purposes.
• You are solely responsible for any deletions you perform. CODEPILOT LIMITED is not liable for unintended data loss caused by user actions.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Premium features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store.
• Prices and renewal terms are shown at purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable, except as required by Apple or applicable law.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
• By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and branding of the App are the property of CODEPILOT LIMITED.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (RevenueCat, Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, CODEPILOT LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your use of the App if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a new "Effective Date."

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
