Terms of Service for Locator360

By creating an account or using Locator360, you: • Agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. • Confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). • Represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement. • Understand that violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Locator360 is a phone number-based location tracking and sharing application that enables: • Real-time GPS location tracking of registered users. • Location sharing with explicitly authorized contacts through mutual consent. • Permission-based access control for location data. • Background location updates for continuous tracking. The App requires: • Active internet connection for data transmission. • Location permissions ("Always Allow" for background tracking). • Valid phone number for registration and authentication. • iOS device running compatible OS version.

3.1 Registration Requirements • You must provide a valid phone number for verification. • Phone number serves as your unique identifier. • You are responsible for maintaining account security. • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. 3.2 Account Responsibility • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. • Do not share your account credentials with others. • We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use. • You may delete your account at any time through app settings.

4.1 Consent and Authorization • Location sharing requires explicit consent from both parties. • You control who can track your location through the "Allowed Numbers" feature. • You can revoke tracking permissions at any time. • Both users must be registered for tracking to function. 4.2 Permitted Use You may use location tracking services for: • Coordinating with family members or friends. • Ensuring safety of authorized individuals. • Legitimate location sharing purposes. 4.3 Prohibited Use You may NOT use the App to: • Track individuals without their explicit consent. • Stalk, harass, or threaten other users. • Violate privacy rights or local laws. • Engage in illegal surveillance activities. • Deceive or mislead others about tracking permissions.

5.1 Subscription Plans • Locator360 offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. • Subscription plans include: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly options. • Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region. • Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion. 5.2 Payment Processing • All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store. • Payment methods are managed by Apple, not by us. • We do not store or have access to your payment information. • Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat service. 5.3 Automatic Renewal • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in App Store settings. 5.4 Refunds and Cancellations • You can cancel your subscription at any time through App Store settings. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. • We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. • Contact Apple Support directly for refund requests. • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

You agree to: • Use the App only for lawful purposes. • Respect the privacy and rights of other users. • Provide accurate information during registration. • Establish mutual consent before tracking others. • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You agree NOT to: • Use the App to violate any person's legal rights. • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. • Use automated systems to access the App. • Impersonate another person or entity. • Upload malicious code or viruses.

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. • We collect and process location data as described in the Privacy Policy. • Location data is shared only with explicitly authorized contacts. • You retain control over your location sharing settings. • We implement security measures to protect your data. • You can request data deletion at any time. 8.1 Service Availability • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. • Location accuracy depends on GPS, network connectivity, and device capabilities. • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. 8.2 No Warranty • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of location data. • We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements. • We do not warrant that defects will be corrected. 8.3 Limitation of Liability • To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODEPILOT LIMITED shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. - Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. - Service interruptions or data loss. - Unauthorized access to your account or data. - Errors or inaccuracies in location data. - Actions of other users. • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

9.1 Termination by You • You may terminate your account at any time through app settings. • Deleting the App does not automatically cancel subscriptions. • You must cancel subscriptions separately through App Store settings. 9.2 Termination by Us We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms or our policies. • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. • Abuse the App or harm other users. • Fail to pay subscription fees. 9.3 Effect of Termination • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. • Your location data will be deleted according to our data retention policy. • Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination. • Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
