This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User") and CODEPILOT YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Licensor") governing your use of the UnveilMap application on Apple devices.
This EULA is between you and the Licensor, not Apple. The Licensor is solely responsible for UnveilMap and its content, subject to the rights and obligations described in the applicable Apple agreements.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use UnveilMap on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or permitted use of the App.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
The App is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and related intellectual property rights.
UnveilMap branding, original interface elements, software code, visual assets, algorithms, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App may incorporate or interact with third-party services, including Apple system services and third-party SDKs. Your use of such services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
By utilizing UnveilMap's mutual friend features, you grant permission for the Licensor to process and display your real-time GPS location and revealed fog-of-war map progress to users whom you have accepted as mutual friends within the App. You may revoke this location sharing permission at any time by unfriending or blocking the user.
The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for UnveilMap to the extent required by applicable law or offered by the Licensor.
Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNVEILMAP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". LICENSOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT LOCATION DATA, MAP INFORMATION, ROUTES, GPS INFORMATION, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
The Licensor, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to UnveilMap, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, maintenance, support, and intellectual property claims relating to the App, to the extent required by applicable law.
In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your permitted use of the App infringes intellectual property rights, the Licensor will be responsible for investigating and addressing the claim to the extent required by applicable law and the applicable agreements.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. Nothing in this EULA authorizes unlawful access to property, systems, data, or services.
This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you materially breach its terms, subject to applicable law.
