PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING UNVEILMAP. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

UnveilMap is an exploration and location-based application designed to provide map discovery, territory unveiling, travel or trajectory recording, location-based memories, and optional social features.

The App is intended for informational, recreational, and entertainment purposes. It is not a professional navigation system, emergency service, surveying tool, property-boundary authority, or substitute for official geographic or safety information.

GPS signals, map information, geographic boundaries, routes, points of interest, location coordinates, and other location-related information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or affected by environmental conditions, device limitations, network conditions, or third-party data.

DO NOT USE UNVEILMAP AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR ROAD SIGNS, OFFICIAL NAVIGATION, EMERGENCY SERVICES, GOVERNMENT INFORMATION, PROPERTY BOUNDARIES, OR PROFESSIONAL SAFETY GUIDANCE.

You are solely responsible for evaluating your surroundings, obeying applicable laws, following traffic and safety rules, determining whether an area is accessible, and making appropriate decisions regarding your physical safety.

Real-world exploration may involve risks, including traffic, uneven terrain, weather, private property, restricted areas, bodies of water, wildlife, construction zones, and other hazards.

You agree to exercise reasonable care and not to enter private, restricted, dangerous, or otherwise unauthorized areas merely because a location is displayed or discoverable in UnveilMap.

Nothing in the App grants you permission to enter private property, restricted facilities, protected areas, roads, buildings, or other locations.

You must not interact with UnveilMap in a manner that distracts you while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring your full attention.

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable traffic laws and safety requirements. If use of the App would distract you from safely operating a vehicle or machinery, do not use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

You must provide information that is accurate to the extent required for the relevant account functionality and must not impersonate another person or entity.

By accepting or establishing a mutual friend connection in UnveilMap, you acknowledge and agree that your mutual friends will automatically be able to view your live geographic position, radar location, and revealed fog-of-war map progress within the App.

This mutual location sharing is an optional social feature designed to enhance connected exploration. You remain in full control of your privacy and may remove a friend or block any user at any time through the App settings or friend profile to instantly terminate location and fog map visibility for that user.

You may submit content such as usernames, photographs, messages, captions, ratings, reports, or other material through features made available by UnveilMap.

You remain responsible for content you submit. You must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit where prohibited, defamatory, invasive of another person’s privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful.

You must not use UnveilMap to facilitate illegal activity, harassment, stalking, trespassing, dangerous conduct, or abuse of another person.

UnveilMap may provide reporting and blocking functionality for user-generated content and users.

We may review reported content and take reasonable enforcement action, including removing content, restricting functionality, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts where appropriate or required by law.

We do not guarantee that every item of user-generated content will be detected or removed immediately.

• Illegal Activity: Using the App to violate applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or third-party rights.
• Abuse: Harassing, threatening, stalking, impersonating, or abusing other users.
• Location Manipulation: Using GPS spoofing, automated location manipulation, bots, or other methods intended to falsify exploration, rankings, routes, or location-based achievements.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, circumvent security, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user’s account, data, private messages, or systems without authorization.

UnveilMap may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including subscription plans identified in the App as Pro Pass Weekly or Pro Pass Yearly.

• Purchase: Payment is charged to the Apple ID account associated with the purchase after confirmation through Apple’s App Store purchase flow.
• Renewal: Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, an eligible subscription may automatically renew according to the subscription terms displayed at purchase.
• Pricing: The applicable price, currency, duration, and any introductory offer are displayed before purchase confirmation. Prices may vary by storefront, currency, taxes, and other factors determined by Apple.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled according to Apple’s applicable refund process and policies.

Deleting your UnveilMap account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription. You should manage the subscription separately through Apple.

Except for third-party materials and content submitted by users, the App, its software, interface, branding, visual design, original content, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to CODEPILOT YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or its intellectual property. You receive only the limited license described in the EULA.

UnveilMap may rely on third-party services, APIs, mapping services, analytics services, subscription services, operating-system functionality, hosting providers, and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations. We are not responsible for independent failures of third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue some or all App functionality when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical changes, or other legitimate operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODEPILOT YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights or liability for matters for which limitation is prohibited by law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the App, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the App.

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for matters caused by our own unlawful conduct or to the extent such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are interpreted subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights or protections granted by the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which they reside.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App or other appropriate means where required by applicable law.
